REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 30 September 2027 (subject to availability).
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation is provided in shared rooms (3 or more guests per room). Double or single rooms are available in limited numbers and are subject to an additional charge.
Upon arrival, the hotel management may ask the club representative to pay a security deposit to cover any damage caused during the stay. If no damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded in full on the day of departure.
MEALS: Full board from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure. Please note that rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
DRINKS: Water with meals is included. Other drinks are NOT included and must be paid for directly at the hotel.
ACCOMPANYING GUESTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS: Accompanying guests and family members can benefit from the same rate as the young athletes when staying in shared rooms (3 or more guests per room). For double or single room accommodation, the following supplements apply:
Double room supplement: €25.00 per person
Single room supplement: €50.00 per person (limited availability)
TRANSPORT: Transport is not included in the fee.
TOURIST TAX: Our packages do NOT include any applicable tourist taxes.
FREE PLACES: 1 free place is provided for every 20 paying participants.
CHILDREN: Children aged 0–2 sharing a double bed stay free of charge (any cot supplement must be paid directly at the hotel). Children aged 3–6 staying in the 3rd or 4th bed receive a 30% discount.
