SUBSTITUTIONS
For Squirrels and Eaglets, each player must play one full period. Only after all players have played may substitutions be made freely. Each player may not enter the game in two consecutive periods, except in cases of physical necessity or disciplinary sanctions.
For Beginners, U13 and U14, all players must be entered on the scoresheet in the first two quarters; free substitutions in the last two quarters.
For U15, U17 and U19, substitutions are free.
DURATION
Eaglets: 6 periods of 6 minutes, without stopping the clock, except for fouls, during free throws, or whenever the referee deems it necessary.
Beginners - Under 13/14/15/17/19: 4 periods of 10 minutes, without stopping the clock. The clock will stop only for free throws, to signal a foul, and at the referee's discretion. Excessive time-wasting may be managed at the discretion of the referee and table official. In the last 2 minutes of the final quarter, FIP regulations apply.
SCORING
For the Youth UNDER and BEGINNERS categories, the score will be CUMULATIVE. For SQUIRRELS and EAGLETS, scoring will be BY PERIODS, as per the FIP system in force.
RULES
For anything not covered by these regulations, the current FIP regulations shall apply.
REGISTRATIONS
Loan players from other clubs may be fielded.
Players below the age limit (younger than the reference category) may be fielded.
For the U13-U14-U15-U17-U19 categories only, one over-age player (older than the reference category) is permitted.
